I started making this smoothie during our first lockdown and have been making it ever since. When I go for long runs and feel like this smoothie afterwards, I add 20 – 30 g oats. It is a delicious and easy way to get nutrients in.
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Alpro Unsweetened Soya Milk
1/2 Cup Alpro Chocolate Soya Milk
1 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 heaped tsp Pics peanut butter or 1 TBSP peanut butter powder
1, 40g sachet Purition UK cocoa protein powder (I opt for vegan)
1/2 Frozen Banana Small handful of ice
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
