Melanie is the force behind Sage Nutrition. She implements an easy approach that can positively impact people’s lives. Her nutrition journey was not just about gaining knowledge and experience but about a passion for changing the way nutrition for health is understood. She understands the challenges of dietary changes as Melanie has also been overweight, 20 kg to be exact, and it was all down to stress/emotional eating, binge eating and binge drinking in her early teens and twenties. She was also (and sometimes can still be) an exhausted mum after having children and she is currently creating a strong and healthy body to fuel her way to peri and post menopause.
