We customise to your requirements, including goal(s), culinary preferences, budget, lifestyle, cultural/religious preferences, and more. If you are on GLP-1 Medication it is best to start with me when you have been on the medication for a few weeks/one month to see how you respond to the medication. 1-1 NUTRITION CONSULTATIONS
